Eligibility Requirements

Account Registration and Management
Each individual may hold only one active bdbaj account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. bdbaj employs technical and manual checks to detect duplicate registrations. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, all accounts except the first registered may be permanently closed without prior notice, and any bonus balances or winnings associated with the additional accounts may be voided.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdbaj login credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any OTP codes you receive. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as authorised by you, regardless of who performed the action.
An account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for 12 consecutive months. bdbaj reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts after this period, subject to providing advance notification to the registered mobile number. Pending bets will be settled according to their normal terms. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms
bdbaj supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform processes deposits around the clock; withdrawal processing timelines are described in the clauses below.

Deposits are processed instantly under normal circumstances. bdbaj does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges. You must fund your account using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts may be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five to fifteen minutes for bKash and Nagad, subject to successful identity verification. bdbaj reserves the right to request KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, mobile financial service provider, or card issuer in respect of a legitimate bdbaj transaction constitutes a breach of these Terms. bdbaj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where an unjustified chargeback is initiated, and to pursue recovery of any amounts wrongfully reclaimed through the chargeback process.
Bonuses and Promotions
bdbaj may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. Players should review the applicable bonus terms before accepting any promotional offer.
All bonus funds issued by bdbaj are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds will not be eligible for withdrawal. Placing wagers on excluded game categories will not contribute to completing the wagering requirement.
Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new players only and may be claimed once per player. Players who operate multiple accounts in order to claim the same bonus more than once will be treated as having violated these Terms, and all associated accounts and bonus balances will be subject to closure and forfeiture. bdbaj reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been accepted.
All bonuses and free spins issued by bdbaj carry an expiry period stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds and free spins not used within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from the player's account without compensation. It is the player's responsibility to be aware of and comply with bonus expiry timelines.
Gameplay Rules and Fair Use
All games available on bdbaj are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. In the event of match abandonment, suspension, or a result dispute, bdbaj will follow the settlement rules of the applicable governing body. In-play bets accepted before a suspension will be settled based on the state of play at the time betting was halted.
Players must use bdbaj for personal entertainment purposes only. Use of the platform for commercial gain through systematic exploitation of promotional offers, or participation in any form of organised betting syndicate that exploits platform pricing, is prohibited. bdbaj reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict access to specific markets, or close accounts where such activity is identified.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on bdbaj and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Any player found to have engaged in any of the conduct listed below will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Fraud and misrepresentation — providing false identity documents, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another individual to gain access to bdbaj.

Account Suspension and Termination
bdbaj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur.
Where bdbaj suspects a breach of these Terms — including suspected fraud, bonus abuse, identity misrepresentation, or prohibited conduct — the account may be suspended while an investigation is conducted. During a suspension the player will not be able to log in, place bets, or process withdrawals. bdbaj will aim to complete investigations within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the player's registered contact.
Where an account is permanently closed as a result of a confirmed Terms breach, any remaining legitimately deposited real-money balance (net of bonuses or winnings derived from prohibited activity) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Bonus balances and winnings generated through prohibited conduct will be forfeited in all cases. bdbaj's decision regarding balance treatment in closure scenarios is final and binding.

bdbaj will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any financial losses resulting from a bet or game outcome. Your use of bdbaj is at your own risk.
Amendments, Updates, and Governing Law
